We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Drug Screening/Occupational Health Services Team as a Clinical Result Specialist.

Responsibilities 

  • Following up with labs and clinics to obtain results
  • Inputting, reviewing and finalizing drug test and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system
  • Outbound/Inbound phone calls
  • Data Entry of test results
  • Clinical Result Specialist may also be cross-trained in the role of a urine drug screen collector

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred.
  • DOT knowledge/experience is a plus.
  • Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in collections preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
